SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is placed and dispatched, we'll promptly send you a confirmation email with all the necessary details, including carrier information and tracking details for your package.

We strive to deliver your order within 3-8 working days. If you need expedited delivery, please contact us at admin@lareat.in or via WhatsApp.

Lareat is not responsible for delays in delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the user, inability to contact the user at the provided phone number, locked delivery premises, or any circumstances beyond our control.

For international shipping: Customers are responsible for any import duties that may apply.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order (prior to dispatch) by emailing us at admin@lareat.in with your order details. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. Any payments made will be fully refunded within 15 working days if cancelled within this timeframe.

We do not accommodate shipping address changes once the order is dispatched.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

To initiate a return/exchange, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise by emailing us at admin@lareat.in or filling out the form on our website.

Please note that we only accept returns/exchanges once per order, and items cannot be returned or exchanged more than once.

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for wedding favors, bulk orders, custom-requested fabrics, or customized products.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt to ensure they match the order. No returns/exchanges will be accepted beyond the 24-hour window.

For international shipments, returns/exchanges are not applicable due to export and duty regulations.

You can exchange a product for another available on our website. If the new product is of lower cost, we'll issue you a Lareat credit note for the remaining balance, which can be redeemed on our website.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for damaged products received at our warehouse.

No refund or exchange will be provided without the original sales receipt and intact tags.

Refunds/exchanges will only be processed for products returned in perfect condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Modified merchandise, either by the buyer or at the buyer's request, cannot be returned.

Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 7-30 working days, depending on the payment gateway.

For Cash-On-Delivery orders, the package must remain unopened at the time of delivery for returns.
