Refund policy

 

Return or Refund Conditions

• The original sales receipt and tags must be intact.
• The product must be in perfect, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• Modified, used, or tampered merchandise will not be accepted.
• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing help@lareat.com.
• Only products with verified manufacturing defects are eligible for refund & exchange.
• A complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the packaging, product, defect, and any serial/identification details.
• Cancellations are not possible after dispatch.
• Shipping address changes cannot be made once the product has been dispatched.
• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: customized products and customized bulk orders.

Exchanges

• You may choose any other available product for exchange.
• If the selected item is of lower value, a La Reat credit note will be issued for the difference.
• Refunds may be denied for products damaged for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

Processing Time

• Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 7–15 working days, depending on the payment gateway.
