• Notifications: If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will inform you promptly via email, WhatsApp, or phone call.

• Order Availability: If any item is out of stock, you will be notified through email or phone.

• Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.

• Delivery Conditions: Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations, delivery location, shipping method, and order size. In some cases, items from the same order may arrive in separate shipments.

International Shipping Policy

• Delivery Time: International orders are typically delivered within 8–15 business days.

• Import Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applicable in the destination country must be paid by the customer.

General Terms

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 4 to10 working days from the order date under normal conditions.

• Delivery timelines depend on courier services, destination, and selected shipping method.
